We deliberately didn't use a cheap booking website for this hotel, so booked using their own website and sent a request for a river view room. The room we got was excellent we even had our own kitchen. river views in both directions. Well worth paying the extra.

We had a wonderful experience in the hotel. The staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The cleaning team deserves special praise — everything was spotless. We had an apartment with a kitchen that was very well equipped, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is peaceful with beautiful views, perfect for a family getaway. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back!

The rooms are clean and the food is excellent. The location is unmatched with great views of the river and the hotel is located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff is welcoming and friendly to international visitors. I'm looking forward to coming back in the future.

Excellent restaurant in Plentzia. We had menu fin de semana. Great selections. Lovely venue right next to the River. Recommend making a reservation as it was very busy. Service was excellent. Good value

The location was perfect and the food was great, but the best part was the amazing staff. They were so helpful and kind at any hour of the day. I highly recommend this hotel for a visit to the beautiful Basque Country!
