Good Lord, I don't know where to begin with this place! First off I'm glad the company paid for the room for 3 nights as I sure would have demanded my money back and left within 30 minutes! From the outside it doesn't look so bad. Good paint and maintained greenery. On the inside it's just plain tired and run down. I had a fairly large room that at one time may have had a table with chairs and probably a couch or bigger easy chair. Now? No. No microwave, refrigerator at least got cold. The shower wad a joke! Barely warm closer to luke warm water. The tub wouldn't drain properly and by the end of a 10 minute shower I was standing in water up to my ankles. The tub was grungy dirty as well. When I brought it up to the desk she claimed maybe the handle operated backwards. Nope! Turn the knob quarter turn to get water flowing, COLD. Turn an eighth more (MAX) to get luke warm at best. It appears the hardwood floor has been flooded several times as the panels are warped and separating leaving big gaps filled with dirt and unknown crud! The swimming pool was drained and had 1.5 feet of black water and trash. Didn't bother looking for the spa but I imagine it was the same or worse. In all honesty I wouldn't expect anything better from these folks. If you're looking for a barely 1 star flop this is it.

the room was in disrepair. The bed, comforter, sheets, and pillow cases had stains and or burn holes in them. The flooring was coming up in areas. and not stuck down all the way. The TV screen was broken, Both nightstands where missing trim pieces. The Pool was closed. There was no way to actually view the available channels because they bought a 5 dollar universal remote that doesn't even have the function button to be able to pull up the guide. The pictures on the website are very misleading. I will tell anyone I can not to got to this Hotel.......i already let The Honda Riders Center to recommend other accommodations.

I have been to this location twice. The reason being this hotel has a contract with CR England. And every time you check in they tell you they don't have room service and to let the front desk know a day before. Now the first time, Jan 2025, the room was dirty sheets were stained and the sink would not drain. I was there for two weeks and they changed my sheets 1 time and this resulted in a rash I got on my chest. I had to ask them to clean the floors because they made my feet black. Once they cleaned them they used a solution so strong I needed to leave the door open for four hours. This second time I was there the room had no microwave and smelled like old cigarettes. There we holes in the walls and stains on the towels. I noticed a cleaning lady had walked by the rooms and was gathering towels. I noticed she didn't grab mine and asked her. She said she didn't notice they were dirty. They were on the floor in a pile. I asked if the front desk if they had an air freshener and they said they have a spray. It took two days for them to come and ask but by that time I had a spray I had to go to Walmart to by myself. Long story short this is a terrible hotel and I wouldn't recommend it to the homeless.

If ur on a business, it's fine. No actual breakfast, which is one of the reasons I picked this over my usual spot, and it does smell of cigarettes. But hey, if u just need a place to sleep and shower, it's fine.

The room smelled like mildew. The instant we walked in the room it was disgusting. There was a huge hole in the carpet in the middle of the room. There was mold in the shower. The pool was empty and the temperatures were expected to be in high 90s. Check in time was 3p.m. and Check out time was 11a.m. so not even full 24 hours and I asked for a late check out because I was staying there due to a dr appointment whichi drove 4.5 hours that was for 10 am and the clerk said the latest check out offered was 1130 a.m. Also- The bed is hard!! I would never recommend this location to anyone!!! Nor will I ever stay there again.

I arrived on May 4,2025 for orentation 3 days with CR England signing on as I driver for the company disappointed with hotel. CR England needs to investigate this establishment. I arrived around 1210 pm I am currently in the parking lot staying in my car now since 345pm… Unfortunately, I was in room 117 used room towel my left arm got an allergic reaction in the form of a rash!? And, also as I was sitting in room behind experiencing biting on my neck,legs and, over my body.. I ask management may I acquire another suite that, there is a strong possibility of bed bugs… Management said to me you sure it’s not in your head!? And, refuse to accommodate me with another room.. I strongly recommend staying away from this establishment for your own health…

The location of this hotel was perfect for the event we drove into town for. Although we were sadly let down when we found out that not only was the hot tub, and pool 'out of order' but also there was no breakfast offered and these were the main selling points that we booked minus the location. The sheets were only top sheets and not fitted and there was only a thin cover and no blankets. The AC unit wouldnt let us adjust the temperature and there was no microwave in our room either. The staff was friendly enough to bring new towels each morning but that was about it. Definitely close to a 1 star hotel, after walking on the floors out of the shower my feet were covered in dirt and muck from the floors as well.

DO NOT COME HERE!! THE SHEETS ARE DIRTY, IT LOOKS LIKE THEY DO NOT WASH THEM. SHOWERS ARE CLOGGED, THEY SAY THEY ALREADY USED DRANO WHEN THERE IS CLEARLY HAIR CLOGGING IT. THEY TAKE TOWELS AND DO NOT REPLACE THEM. FLOORS ARE FILTHY. ROOMS STINK REALLY BAD. A/C UNIT IS SUPER DIRTY. THEY TELL YOU WHEN YOU CHECK IN THAT ROOM SERVICE IS NOT DONE EVERY DAY, YOU HAVE TO ASK A DAY IN ADVANCE. THERE ARE LITERALLY STAINS ALL OVER THE ROOM. WALLS, FLOORS & CEILINGS! THEY DO NOT OFFER BREAKFAST, ONLY COFFEE. AFTER READING THE REVIEWS, THEY'VE HAD THE EXACT SAME ISSUES DATING BACK AS FAR AS 8 YEARS AGO. YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD CHANGE THINGS UP AS A BUSINESS IF YOU KEEP RECEIVING THE EXACT SAME FEED BACK FROM DOZENS OF CUSTOMERS.
