We gave Rokket Science a list of our past customers. They spent months calling them to talk about their experience with us, and to get them to come back and work with us again. We ended up getting a lot of new reviews out of the process, and a surge of return customers. They also worked on our website and ran SEO campaigns for us. That worked good, but it took longer than we thought to get our rankings up and get more traffic. I'm giving 4 stars because I want these guys to set better expectations when starting campaigns like that. It took 5-6 months vs. 3-4 months like we were told. Overall we were happy with the experience, and would especially use them for cold calling again.

We hired Rocket Science to do outbound prospecting for us. They took our list, made a lot of calls, and got us sales appointments. That lead to a lot of new business relationships. We didn’t use their other marketing services, but for telemarketing and phone work, they do an excellent job. We were able to get new accounts, and our new clients commented on the professionalism of their team. Thanks guys.

I would give 5 stars, but it took longer to rank than I'd planned (estimate was 4-6 months, but it took closer to 7-8 before we started seeing lots of calls come in.)
