My mcm mirror fell and the frame split and chipped, but that was no problem for Rich Smith. The piece is even better than when i dropped it off! Rich communicates so well; i never had to worry about the time frame or price. He gave me updates and even made sure I was okay with the type of repairs he made. Will absolutely be back.

Haven't received the finished product, but just the planning stage was a pleasure. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, combined with a great eye to showcase art. Can't wait to see the end result! End result is amazing! I had great expectations, and they were far surpassed! Cannot praise highly enough! Will definitely be returning if I need anything special framed in the future!

Richard was extremely unprofessional. I’m 58 and I’ve had many pictures/prints/paintings professionally framed over the years and spent thousands. I walked in excited to have a print matted and framed and four prints have the mats changed out to a different color then decided to just have them all framed & matted in the same wood. As I was looking at wood frames, he mentioned the mat I picked out was $55 for just one print. I questioned why so much money for one mat and that’s when he became extremely rude. He said he didn’t appreciate me questioning his business. He raised his voice and told me to take my business elsewhere. I was in shock! Never have I had a business owner talk to me with such disrespect. Since when is it wrong to ask a question about price? Never once explained why except by saying I pay $30 & charge $55 and carries on how he has to make a living. Nothing about what it’s made of etc. therefore it’s pricey. He cut the wire off of one of my pictures and took the glass out without even asking, glass was left at his store as I gathered my framed pictures & didn’t realize he placed the glass somewhere else. When a business owner ask me to take my business elsewhere you don’t have to tell me twice! As I was walking out the door I told him how disrespectful he was and this is the first time a business owner was so disrespectful to me and his reply was I’ve had a bad week! Regardless, what type of week you have no reason to be disrespectful to anyone!
