Best Western Batesville

1. No onsite Maintenance. Fan to heater in room stop working in beginning of week, never repaired. 2. Failure to provide service and attention to Fitness room. Both treadmills did not work. When ask for service report on equipment, staff unsure, stated owner doesn't care. Lack of towels provided/restock for fitness room. No sanitized wipes available for equipment. 3. Continental Breakfast very poor quality/effort provided. 4. Hot water not enough to handle all tenants/rooms. Hot water will stop every night showered.

This hotel hit all the marks, great service, friendly staff, rooms were clean and well furnished. The only disappointment I had was the hot tub was out of order. But if you need rest, I highly recommend.

I stayed at the Batesville Best Western for two nights for a wedding I was in locally. Starting out the staff was very kind and informative when checking me in, once in my room it looked and smelled clean and was very cozy, perfect for me and my fiancée. I do want to brag on the bed for a moment… I simply didn’t want to leave it! It’s like I sank into and was comfy, I also wanted some how get my hands on the blankets and sheets they used, perfectly soft and great weight to them I slept like a baby. The breakfast was simple but hearty, I don’t need to much but it had about all the basic you’d needed! I also want to brag on a breakfast attendant they had her name was Janie! She was an older woman and she was nothing but a dream, constantly cleaning, attending to the food stations and coming to ask if she could take you plates ti the trash! I’ve never had that happen, overall I am just so impressed with this hotel and if need be will definitely be back!!!

Been staying at this hotel since it was built as a Hampton Inn years ago. Hotel was totally renovated when it became a Best Western a few years ago and the rooms and public areas are very comfortable and this is a very well maintained property. Room had nice decor and very clean. The breakfast was one of the better ones we have had in a long time mainly because the bakery items were fresh. The biggest strength at this hotel was the staff from check-in to check out, very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

While a convenient place to stay right off the interstate, this hotel needs work. Room was not super clean. Bathroom needs the most help. Toilet is way too low and did not flush properly. Shower head was crusted with hard water scale and therefore super low water pressure. Coffee maker needs to be replaced. Handicap ramps from front parking lot are uneven and need to be redone. There are places where the concrete is not smooth and therefore a safety hazard.

I stayed at this Best Western for a wedding about 8 mins away the location was perfect. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a nice man at the desk who gave me all my info, once I got into my room it was so clean and just perfect for our short stay, the beds and sheets were sooo soft and cozy!!! The last two mornings at breakfast I have had such wonderful interactions with the sweetest lady named Janie, she was nothing but a dream. You could tell Janie genuinely cared about what she was doing and enjoyed it, I really enjoyed seeing her. I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves because besides her kindness she was constantly taking away plates, cleaning tables and attending to the breakfast bar amongst other jobs. Overall my stay was incredibly enjoyable and if I ever need to stay in Batesville again I will try to always stay at this Best Western! Thank you team for the awesome stay 🤍

Our room, #225, was clean, tucked away where it was quiet, and our beds were comfy! Kind staff and Janie, the breakfast manager, was sweet and helpful. We had a great stay. Thank you!

The staff is absolutely amazing. They are friendly and very accommodating. We love this hotel because of the staff. Thank you for straightening things out from the last time we came and the manager was not who should be in a hotel. This was an amazing trip!
