Please don't even bother with your name excuses. I just read the reviews and wish my friend had done so before he booked. Being a Marriott branded hotel, I will be sending a letter to franchise relations. This property falls short of even the basic quality assurance standards. Having worked for two major hotel brands as a property mgr and inspector, I would take serious actions if I inspected this property. The odor leaving the elevator was less than pleasant. Sadly the room wasn't any better. The bathroom was disgusting. I refused to eat/drink anything on property. Why the owners have allowed this property to fall below the Marriott standards is what I would like to know.

Let me preface this by saying if it had been a cheaper place my expectations wouldn’t have been so high and I’d have left it a better review… A $50 motel vibe for $190. I wanted to love it but just couldn’t. There was mildew on the ceilings and the shower just flooded out into the bathroom floor which was super slippery. Not a draining issue more of an engineering problem. I accidentally got charged twice and the first person I spoke to wasn’t very polite/helpful. The person I spoke to checking out actually was awesome and she turned the whole thing around. We also booked for the area and the pool which ended up being closed. Which I understand things happen but if I’m paying so much I would’ve liked to seen online it was closed so I could’ve went somewhere else. Also an elevator is down which would cause issues for someone with a longer stay.

Stayed September 2025 on the 3rd floor, our room smelled horrible, there was mold on the ceiling, the carpet was so filthy we had to walk around with our shoes on. The hotel was booked solid so we couldn’t get a room change, there’s a bar but no bartender, there’s only ice on even numbered floors. The reception staff is nice and lobby is but don’t be fooled. With the hotel being booked the hot water wasn’t available. The shuttle driver is nice but wasn’t available when needed. Overall I wouldn’t stay here and the name should be changed because it’s not a Sheraton/Marriott… it’s a run down hotel that is over priced and not worth the cost.

As a seasoned sports family traveling for tournaments, our 5-day stay here was far from ideal. Unfortunately, we were required to stay at a tournament-approved hotel, so this wouldn’t have been our team’s first choice—and now we understand why. While the hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious enough to accommodate our family of four comfortably, it lacked nearly all of the essential amenities that make a stay manageable for athletes and their families. There was no fridge, no microwave, no included breakfast, and no on-site laundry. Living out of coolers and driving to a laundromat to wash baseball uniforms during a busy tournament schedule was inconvenient and frustrating. The pool was also closed for the majority of our stay, which was a letdown for the kids during downtime. Front desk service was just average—when we asked for extra towels and supplies, we were told we had to come down and get them ourselves. Not a huge issue, but for the price, we expected more in terms of service and amenities. Overall, this hotel may work for a short solo trip, but it’s definitely not suited for teams or families traveling for sports. It’s an expensive option that offers very little in return, especially given its less-than-ideal location

We stayed here for a basketball tournament. It’s about 15 mins to the expo center and close to downtown. |The front desk was helpful. They made it easy for us to drop and add a different night. Frank, the concierge, was a delight! He drove our whole team/parents to a nearby restaurant. Great to have shuttle service. Frank was so personable, kind and very interesting to talk to. Get his business card!|The hotel itself was fine. They charge you 12.95 per person for the generic breakfast buffet. There’s a McDonalds/Starbucks 5 mins away. |Our room was clean but the double bed situation needs to be updated to queens. That would be my only complaint… sleeping was difficult in the tiny beds. The room size can accommodate 2 queen beds easily. |Indoor pool was out of service but soon fixed. They have a decent sized gym as well.

⸻ I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The service was outstanding, and the staff were truly a breath of fresh air—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. My family and I were treated with such care and hospitality, and we were even offered a complimentary room upgrade, which was a delightful surprise. Every detail made us feel pampered and well taken care of. The accommodations were beautiful, and the entire stay felt like a luxury experience. We will absolutely be returning more often. A truly fantastic hotel—highly recommended.

I would not recommend this hotel. We booked for a tournament and stayed 4 days/3 nights. The pool was not open for any of our stay, which made entertaining siblings difficult. Outdated rooms/lobby, dirty sheets, stained carpets, no refrigerators in rooms, no on site laundry (we knew of this prior), we got back to site later one evening and parking lots were completely full. It states on-site bar/restaurants, plural… that is not the case. Did offer a breakfast at charge, no free coffee. Definitely disappointed.

Wifi did not work well in my room. Made working very difficult. The breakfast cost $13 and is similar quality to free breakfast at any other hotel. Room is clean, staff was very nice and helpful.
