The room we were in smelled completely of mold. It looked fine, but definitely had some sort of water damage behind the walls or something. There were dehumidifiers in hallway so I think they are aware of an issue. The breakfast was good and workers friendly. Biggest issue was mold.

There were no towels and fresh roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The hallway to the room was hot and humid. A couple of the staff were rude and obnoxious at the front desk.... carrying on about issues with ice and such. My husband actually went to the front desk to ask why eggs weren't being served on Sunday to calm their loud talk. We were told that we came on the wrong day, which was a Sunday for eggs with breakfast. They do not have scrambled eggs anymore. We have been coming to this hotel since it's opening. We were told that they couldn't even call the GM since they didn't know what floor or room he was on, and he didn't come down until 9-10 am. And, they would have to call 911 if an emergency w/o the GMa assistance! I was really disappointed.

I came with family for a graduation. The location was perfect. The room had only one wastebasket and stain on carpet. It smelled. The pool area needed better chairs and tables. One chair had only one arm. The furniture in the lobby was worn and needed replaced too.

The location of this hotel is ok and the entrance into the lobby was very nice. The rooms however, were the opposite. We checked in and went into our room It was dirty, didn't have the left side of the curtain and the bathroom light had a bulb out. We switched rooms. The second room was just as dirty and then the TV wouldn't work. The front desk lady changed us to a third room. Another low grade room, but at least the TV worked. The shower took, not kidding, 5 minutes for the hot water to kick in. For a Comfort Inn I was extremely dissatisfied. I will not be back to this location. Name should be changed to a Motel 6 with the way it was.

Additon to my review: the hotel won't refund because of how I booked my rate, even though we didnt end up staying there. My family would have stayed if they could have provided us with a clean room and one that didn't wreaked of mold. Since they couldn't hold up their end of the stay that isn't my fault. After reading all the recent reviews from months ago I cant believe this place is still open and they haven't fixed the mold issue. The fact that they are still letting people stay at this location is very upsetting. I had great experience at other Choice Hotels, but now seeing that they aren't taking care of this makes me not want to stay at any of their locations. I booked 3 rooms for my family to stay at. The moment we got the the lady at the front counter was rude and not helpful at all. After we got through that terrible process and went to the rooms, they all wreaked of mold. When we asked to go to another room, we had the same issue. Went to ask for a refund, because there was no way I was letting my family spend the night in an unsafe environment like that, they told me they couldn't because we asked to get moved to a second room. It was to late at night and I needed to get my babies to bed, so we just went to another hotel. Plus the lady at the front counter was high, which I don't have a problem with people smoke that, BUT that is unacceptable at work. She told us to take the febreze and sray the room and that would take care of the smell. We are now two weeks past our stay and I am having a hard time getting ahold of the manager to resolve the issue. Even the corporate office can't get ahold of them. Couldn't even tell you the names of anyone whoever worked there since they didn't wear bame badges and ran off when my mom started taking pictures of the place. Unless you want to waist your money this isn't a good hotel to stay at. Keep your family away if you can. The Days Inn down the road is a much better stay. Spend the extra $10, it's worth it then having to deal with this location.

There are so many reasons I will NEVER stay at this location again. Our room was filled with MOLD. There was no running water in the entire hotel for us to bathe/wash hands etc. They also didn’t have any clean towels to provide to us if we chose the pool as an alternative bathing option! To top it off- I have a video of roaches crawling on the wall/ceiling. I was also charged an extra $40 upon check out day for no reason! To protect you, your family and your financials, PICK ANOTHER HOTEL!!!!

Absolutely disgusting! This place needs to be shut down and gutted. We stayed for travel ball due to the convenient location and will likely all be sick. Our room was FULL of mold. And we were not the only ones with the issue. The showers don’t work properly. Bathrooms are disgusting and not cleaned properly. You can see where they paint over the mold and apparently this is an ongoing problem when speaking to other ball parents. There was also an empty condom wrapper on the floor! I’m not sure who owns this place but they may want to go walk through the 3rd floor and either invest or sell it to someone that will fix the problem and take pride in their industry. There is absolutely no excuse that can justify the condition of this place or the fact that they think painting over mold helps anything! Do not stay here!
