Holiday Inn Express McComb by IHG

The carpets were clean prior to us getting the room and it made a horrible odor and left and left the sheets and everything damp. We would have gone to another room but we need an ADA Compliant room so my wife just got out of the hospital. At least they gave us some deodorant that made it smell better for a little bit

I stayed at one last night and I won't make that mistake again! At 10 pm I realized there was air coming straight through the walls. At 11:30 pm the dog in the hallway started barking (I am going to assume it was the dachshund that was in the breakfast area).. At midnight there was an argument in the hallway. At 3 am someone started running and jumping upstairs. This morning when I looked out I realized someone had broken and replaced a window (left the broken glass on the ground). I mean glass, no storm window, safety glass, just plain glass, on the ground. When I arrived it was "happy hour" which was beer and energy drinks in cans, in an iced down barrel. $191.40 This is my personal opinion. IHG?

I Love it here. I am Literally Here all the time. The New coffee machine is wonderful. There is Always hot and fresh coffee. ground directly from the bean to a cup or fresh hot coffee in under 30 seconds, 24/7. Good job IHG on the new improvements.

The bed was comfortable, the room was roomy and clean. Tv worked well. I was impressed with the breakfast and staff that cooked it. She was right behind wiping down areas and tables after customers went through

Been awhile since I've been at a holiday inn this bad. We checked n fri at 2...ac off n my room temp was 80..sun at 8 am room temp just got down to 67...miserable stay...I asked them to fix my ac they done nothing...I found a huge dead roach n my room and hair n bathroom. They do not clean well at all..base boards they never clean seem like. Breakfast only has reduce fat milk and plates r so small. Internet sucks, i told the girl at the front desk we will not come back here, she didn't even ask y, she didn't even care. Wow... Never again will we stay here..

This is the only hotel I stay at when in the area. The staff is always friend and helpful. The hotel is always so clean, food is good, coffee is GREAT! Most of all I love the location. I can literally walk across the parking lot to have great shopping and food.

Was in town for work and was so impressed with this hotel. The property is clean and in a great location. Close enough to shops and restaurants but tucked away in a quiet, peaceful corner. Most importantly, the rooms and linen were so clean and clearly sanitized. Highly recommend this property.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in McComb, Mississippi, and unfortunately, my experience was not as positive as I had hoped. The parking situation was a challenge, as there were not enough spots available, making it difficult to find a place to park. Additionally, the room cleanliness was lacking. It wasn’t up to the standard I expected, and one day, our room wasn’t serviced at all. When I went to the front desk to request fresh towels, the staff member was rude and unhelpful, which added to the inconvenience. Another issue was the water pressure in the shower, which was subpar and left me feeling unclean after rinsing off. The hotel was also quite humid, which made the overall atmosphere uncomfortable and unpleasant. While hotel options in McComb are limited, this property did not meet the standards I’ve come to expect from the brand. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and the uncomfortable conditions during my stay. I hope the hotel can improve in these areas moving forward.
