She is tenacious and she makes sure that what ever needs to have follow up, is followed up on. Over these past several months, we have gotten to know her quite well. Candace was great to work with, she was prompt and attentive and walked us through the whole process, which was incredibly helpful. Candace shepherded our re-construction process for us while we were out of town and kept us up to date the entire time. Blake, JJ, Dakota and our crew chief Zane were awesome! They came out as soon as I called after a water break in our hospital. They were professional and kind to all. They understood our urgency and the fact that we were caring for patients and were able to work around our 24/7 operation. They always communicated next steps and got the job done very timely. We appreciate their professionalism!

Our experience with ServPro was top notch from our initial call with Holly, and Troy who worked with our appraiser promptly, Josh and his crew that did the demo, all the way through to our project manager, Candace. Candace walked us through the process and timeline of reconstruction, was extremely prompt with excellent communication, and her team of subcontractors was the best. She worked around our time constraints to get the project done and truly went above and beyond—everything looks GREAT! After all was finished Jason’s ServPro team came in for a final cleanup and left things looking and smelling fresh. A lot of my spring cleaning has been done—baseboards, walls, windows, etc. ABSOLUTELY recommend ServPro, Candace and all the rest of our team! THANK YOU!

Good job Servepro! From the first phone call w Holly & then Troy was so informative they put my mind @ ease. With Paul's guidance Nate Rodolfo & the young lady w them got the demo done. Then Taylor & his crew, JJ & his crew, Eric & his crew & Jordan & his crew were all prompt & polite when they came to monitor the equip. Then Laci & Dakota Kemp wrapped things up for us. I cannot say enough good about Josh’s team and Chris’s team. They did an excellent job they made me feel like I was their grandmother. That’s the two of them. JOSH and CHRIS were excellent couldn’t have been any better and their teams were excellent too all of them deserve a big accolade, they went above and beyond to help me feel secure. I trusted them with everything. My situation was very difficult. Part of the time I was in the hospital and the entire project took five months of disarray I really needed first class help and that’s what I got.

The crew assigned to the project were so professional and courteous. They knew what was needed ie. knowledgeable and did the job diligently. I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to Josh J.,Eric,Zane, Yus ,and Mary for the hard work they put in to help us out with regards to the damages that occurred at our home. We are grateful to the Restoration Project Manager Candace Williams for her professional assistance during the challenging times we had due to a water line break. She educated us with construction terminology which we were ignorant of being novices in the field. Our needs were addressed ,we were kept informed of the progress of the work and she helped in choosing the best materials needed,even reaching out to our insurance adjuster in case of need or clarification. The construction company personnel, she had on this project were also very knowledgeable and respectful. We were truly blessed to have Candace as the project manager. We had ServPro complete our restoration work due to water leaks in the garage and interior. It was quite a project and required much attention to detail. Candace Williams was the project manager and did a great job! She stayed on top of things - kept us informed and worked closely with the subs to get the job done and to our satisfaction. Candace Williams is amazing! She made sure the job in my basement was completed properly from the 1st step to finished. She answered all the questions I had & always had a smile on her face. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
