LUXE Event Center

I recently had my daughter’s sweet 16 celebration at LUXE Event Center and it was amazing! The facility is spacious with very nice amenities as well as very clean. The VIP room also adds a nice touch to elevate the whole experience! The owners are easy to work with and very punctual. All expectations/rules are also clearly outlined. Highly recommend and will plan to use facility again in the future!

I had my father’s repast at LUXE A WONDERFUL PLACE THAT WORKED PERFECTLY FOR MY FAMILY!!!! I have had multiple events and they are professional!! I also had my sons going away party to go to the US Air Force and it was a 2 day party and we cleaned up and followed the contract rules. Both CHARA and Jason helped with making it easier for my family in all the events. I continue and will continue to host all my events at LUXE. I believe in respecting business owners rules and abide the contract. The do’s and don’ts are clearly listed and we were told down to where to dispose the trash and where not to dispose the trash! I am a revolving customer and have plenty of pictures to post from LUXE I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU JASON AND CHARA YALL both are AWESOME! Respect is earned not given! We respected their rules and their space and it was returned!!

Had a great experience at this beautiful luxurious place. Extremely professional, clean, happy environment. We made some amazing memories for my daughter’s birthday. We come yearly now!! The owners are extremely nice and accommodating. Made the greatest relationship with them which is extremely important to me when you’re going to invest with someone. By far one of the most professional, organized, clean places in Ohio!

I love this facility! Luxe event center is a beautiful place to have your events. I hosted a baby shower here in May f 2024 and it was by far amazing. Great customer service, I will continue to book my events here

Everything went smoothly, and I was able to use their chairs, tables, and rent decorations from them, which made planning so easy. The staff was also incredibly kind. I highly recommend it!”

The event space itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and I want to begin by acknowledging that. However, our concern lies with the handling of customer service and business practices. The gentleman who greeted me at the venue was kind and personable. He explained that we needed to sweep and dispose of all trash in the blue bin only. I made sure to clearly communicate this to everyone at our event, and we were very intentional about following those instructions. Before leaving, I sent a video of the clean venue and the doors being locked. He acknowledged the message with a thumbs up, which I took as confirmation that everything was in good order. Shortly after, I received a call from the owner stating that there was a stain on the kitchen windowsill, trash in the bins on the side of the building, and a small amount of litter in the parking lot. I explained respectfully that we did not use the exterior bins and, in fact, were never shown them before the event. It felt unfair to be held responsible for trash that could have been there beforehand. The kitchen windowsill had a small drip from an aluminum pan—something that could have been easily wiped clean. As a fellow business owner, I offered to return and personally take care of these minor items, but the response I received was dismissive. I was told, “I’m not going to wait—I didn’t want to come back here to wipe the kitchen sill tomorrow and now I have to.” It was surprising, especially since the contract includes a $22 cleaning fee and we weren’t even given the option to mop due to them not having the supply’s for us to do so. After addressing these concerns the owners stated they hired someone to clean the facility. As you can see in the photos below on the inside it was spotless minus the spill from the aluminum pan in which I offered to come back and clean for them. I attached pictures the owner sent to me of the minimum trash in which they supposedly hired a crew to clean up as well :-/ Ultimately, $75 was withheld from our deposit for what I believe were preventable and minor issues—trash that may not have been ours, a small spill, and minimal litter. We left the space cleaner than we received it: folding chairs, rearranging tables, and going above and beyond to respect the venue. My takeaway for future renters: • Avoid using payment methods like Zelle or Cash App that don’t offer dispute protection. • Ensure the trash bins are inspected with a staff member at the start of your rental. • Document everything thoroughly before and after your event. Writing reviews like this is difficult for me—especially when it comes to small Black-owned businesses that I want to see thrive. I share this not out of malice, but in hopes that it leads to better practices and clearer communication going forward.

I have had the pleasure of hosting several events at the LUXE Event Center, and I can confidently say that their customer service is consistently five-star. The owners are incredibly attentive and ensure that every detail is taken care of, making the planning process seamless and stress-free. I have also attended a variety of events that they have hosted, and each one has been exceptional. The quality of the food, the beautiful decorations, and the impeccable service never fail to impress. The venue itself is versatile and stylish, making it the perfect setting for any occasion. Whether you're planning a birthday party, a graduation or game night with family and friends, the LUXE Event Center delivers an outstanding experience every time. Highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a top-notch event space!

Booked LUXE event Center for my birthday party, the space was clean and well equipped and the Owners were very accommodating. Will defiantly book with them again.
