Several years ago, I enrolled my son at Flourtown ATA and he is still with it! I love the confidence that he's developed with his training, and watching him apply it outside of class in his daily routines and goals. Master Smith is a very approachable and positive instructor, who is vested in bringing out the best in his students. As a middle-age dad, looking to get more flexible and maybe burn a few calories, I took the plunge myself and joined as well. I enjoy the adult classes and the camaraderie I have with the other students. If you're looking for a new challenge, I encourage you to give Flourtown ATA a try.

Great studio. I joined with my kids nearly two years ago and it has been a wonderful community, great workout, and great experience for the kids. The kids are growing in confidence and respect. Plus it is super fun.

Master Smith is the best taekwondo coach ever in all the taekwondo coaches that my son has had! He is always encouraging, makes intuitive for students by connecting martial arts beliefs and etiquettes to daily life, and he is humorous too to make it always fun for students.

My daughter has been taking lessons at ATA Flourtown for 4 years. She has grown so much, both in terms of her athletic skills and leadership skills. During the pandemic lessons were first moved to Zoom, then outside, and then in small groups, always with flexibility so that families could do what they were comfortable with. Mr. Smith and Mr. Parker both have a great sense of humor and relate well to the kids. Highly recommend.

My son started taking lessons at age 4. It was a great way for him to start fitness training and focusing on tasks. He looked forward to class. It's well organized and fun. Mr. Smith and Mr. Parker are amazing. Eventually, I started taking the adult Taekwondo class, and then my daughter and wife joined too. It's now a family activity and we have fun training together and challenging each other to do better. Highly recommend for kids or for adults who want a group activity that will get your fit and have fun doing it.

ATA changed my life ! It’s helped me grow in every possible positive way I can imagine. (2nd year student). I plan to continue with it til the day I die, and push my self to endless limits. My son has taken martial arts lessons here since age 3. It is a top-notch program; very organized, excellent teachers, great facility. Mr. Smith has worked hard during the pandemic to facilitate continuous, meaningful instruction that is accessible to everyone. My son has benefited tremendously from this program. Highly recommend.
