They also manufacture Lo mein noodles, ramen noodles, flat wheat fettuccine, thick udon like wheat noodles, and thin wonton noodles for restaurants (sold in 5-10 lb bags) and on Monday, Thursday, and Saturdays, they make fresh wide rice noodles called Chow Foon/Haw Fun used in Pad See Ew dishes and sell them in 2lb packages. They are also the cheapest place to buy wonton skins, egg roll skins, and spring roll wrappers because they make them here fresh. You can also buy the chow mein fried noodles (for Fall River style chow mein) that are used in all the Chinese restaurants in 10 lb bags. They have 2 varieties: Lotus made and Wonton Corp. They are also a distributor for scallion pancakes, gyōza type dumplings, and Potsticker type dumplings which are sold by the case.
