I had the most amazing facial with Stephanie Brewer at the Skin and Wellness Centre! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. Stephanie is incredibly knowledgeable and takes her time to assess your skin’s needs. The facial was both relaxing and effective—my skin was absolutely glowing afterward. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed and relaxed. The spa is beautifully decorated, clean, and has such a calming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I had a facial and massage, and both treatments exceeded my expectations. My skin was glowing afterwards, and the massage released so much tension — I felt like a new person! The esthetician was knowledgeable and gave me great skincare tips without being pushy about products. Highly recommend this spa if you’re looking to truly unwind and treat yourself. My wife visited the Skin and Wellness Centre for the Deep Pore Cleansing & Acne Facial, along with a waxing service. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the expectations set by their website or the $180 price tag. The facial was advertised as thorough with no downtime, but the technician left the room several times, which made the process feel disjointed and inattentive. The treatment itself lacked depth and care, and the results were barely noticeable. She also received a wax service, and again, the quality of care was lacking. Overall, the experience felt more like it was designed for Instagram than for delivering real, attentive service. My wife left disappointed and unsatisfied. We were hoping for a relaxing, results-driven experience but sadly didn’t receive that. Not likely to return.

I had the most amazing and relaxing experience with Esmeralda! she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The facial left my skin glowing and refreshed, and the massage was pure bliss. exactly what I needed to melt away stress. Esmeralda’s soothing touch made the whole experience truly special and unique. I walked out feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a top-notch pampering session. This spa is such a nice, welcoming spot. From the moment you walk in, the staff are super friendly and really make you feel comfortable. The vibe is welcoming and makes you feel right at home. The salt room is so relaxing. Plus, the yoga classes here are amazing! The instructors are great, super encouraging, and really make the classes fun and easy to follow. Definitely a great place to relax, recharge, and take care of yourself.
