Haus Rohrbach Pension

La casa de Carol, es simplemente magnífica. En la habitación y por toda la casa, hay flores frescas, las vistas son fantásticas al valle, los desayunos estupendos y Lavenworth tiene unas buenas excursiones, me encantaron las subidas a los snow lakes y al lago Colchac.||Además, sus construcciones, están realizadas o arregladas, al tipo alpino europeo, como si estuvieras en Suiza, Austria y ellos dicen Bavaria, incluso colocan carteles en alemán.||En fin que si váis por allí, os recomiendo la haus Rohrbach, no os decepconará.

Spur of the moment weekend in Leavenworth with out-of-state relatives. Fantastic hospitality and place to stay. Rooms are very comfortable and the building has an excellent view of the valley. Dessert in the evening is homemade as is the breakfast. Make sure to leave room for dessert if you have dinner in town. Place feels luxurious without the luxurious price. Enjoyed seeing the stars at night and hearing the crickets and frogs. Hope to be back again, as it made an excellent getaway. If I had a complaint, it would be not getting to stay there long enough….

"Wonderful" doesn't begin to describe our experience here. My wife was temporarily confined to a wheelchair and Carol went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. She upgraded our room due to my wife's inability to climb stairs. The breakfasts were superb and the evening snacks were terrific. We will strongly recommend Haus Rohrbach to anyone planning a visit to Leavenworth.

When you get to this hotel, from the first minutes you are surrounded by attention and care. So, everything in order: Carol told us what was best to visit, where to park and gave us a map of all the city's attractions. The house is on the outskirts of the town, on a hill with a magnificent view of the mountains. We were there at the end of December, there was a lot of clean snow around this hotel, it was possible to clear a path for ourselves to go sledding. It's just delight! In the center there was no snow at all, and here you have the opportunity to enjoy the snow. Carol and Mike are incredible people! Every morning Mike cooks some incredibly tasty and varied breakfast. Every evening Carol cooks incredibly tasty desserts and treats all the guests with them, it feels like you came not to a hotel, but to close relatives. To the question would you come back here again? the answer is: YES! I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quiet, cozy vacation with their family!

Spectacular place to stay. The room was just perfect: high ceilings, comfortable bed, lovely view out over the valley. The in room soaking tub was just the perfect touch. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, too. I was expecting a pretty basic offering, having not stayed in many B&Bs. Instead, we got beautifully made souffles hot from the oven, with plenty of fresh fruit on the side. I like that the location was a little outside of town. Still just a few minutes away, but very quiet and private.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my parents and highly recommend this place to everyone!! Located at the foot of the mountain, gorgeous view from the terrace with farmlands and the town in distance (less than 5min drive!), perfect spot for star gazing at night. Carol and Mike were the best hosts ever - Mike as the breakfast chef always made sure that you leave with a 120% full stomach. Every evening we enjoyed the desserts from Carol - a big surprise! Yes, we were happy pigs =) Would definitely come back here if we visit Leavenworth again.

Wonderful place to stay. Very convenient location. Only a few minutes to all the shops in Leavenworth. Just down the hill from the amphitheater where they preform "The Sound of Music" and less than 10 minutes from the Reindeer Farm. Now for the B & B itself.. It's extremely nice some rooms have a beautiful view of the valley. Some view the mountain behind... If a view from your room is what you seek just ask when you are booking your room. We had a room on the back of the property, but it was not an issue as we enjoyed the nice deck overlooking the valley. Breakfasts were very good and the coffee was ready early. The host was very friendly. I would highly recommend staying here while you enjoy Leavenworth.

We managed to snag a room super last minute. The location is gorgeous!! It's a simple 1.5ish mile walk to downtown and was an $8 uber back. We'd never been to a B & B and had no clue what to expect. Carol explained how it works and answered all our questions. My boyfriend & I have food allergies and they were more than accompanying with a delicious breakfast AND an incredible dessert!! Legit blew our minds . The room decor was a bit dated, but the amenities were modern and the bed was comfy & clean. The balcony was rad and so beautiful with the christmas lights on!! Exceeded our expectations and am already recommending it to our friends. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!
